Too bad. I loved finding the Canadian coins I used to pull off their magnets.

Bangor Savings stopped accepting 50 cent and dollar coins last month. I wonder if the banks finally got fed up with CRH'ers enough that the straws are breaking the camels' backs.

They pulled them in Canada too, though they weren't very wide spread up here to begin with.
