taping 68lbs

I prepared a few boxes using PennyPauper's method (http://realcent.org/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=201) and if I double boxed it how much tape do i need to put on now? are the bottom, top and corners good or do i need to still do 2 layers around?

Tapewise, what you mentioned should suffice. If you have several bags, divide the load into bags of 1000 cents. This will add much greater support, and movement in the shipping truck will not be so strenuous on the box.

Overall, sounds good.

Sure. Just avoid putting them lose in the box, and avoid placing them altogether, undivided, in an inner box/bag.
...and yes, I am speaking from experience as a buyer :)
A pair of the $25 boxes in each shipping box is fine.
