Goverment sorting

Postby 1badmf » Wed Oct 19, 2011 8:07 pm

So obviously if the Portland mint is offering bullion pennies than I guess they are sorting copper like they have been in Canada.Which , makes sense being Portland ,Washington and Canada are pretty much its own region in the PNW. Meaning they are making a fortune mining their own pennies ,about time they did something right. So many pennies out there tho , but good reason to stake your claim soon .

If Adam's interview goes well a few Fridays from now, he may get some offers from the gooberment to do the job for them. Say no, Adam! Stay pure.

Nah, we all know governments move at a glacial pace. Plus, for them to do so would legitimize all of us fringe whackos. Add to that that the Gubbment is not above stealing someone's idea, and they have all the resources to sort for themselves on a grand (and cost-ineffective) scale !

Yes I think if the government started sorting for copper pennies the administrative costs would make it come out to 5cents or more a penny for operating costs.
