Help with Canada pennies?

Hi. I bought $7 worth of Canada pennies for $6 US money. I was wondering if they are copper? I also got alot of the king ones. I will post the dates i got.
1952=2
1951=3
1950=2
1949=2
1947=1
1946=1
1944=1
1943=1
1942=1
1940=2
Are any of these any good? Thanks for the help Chris

$7 for $6 any day sounds good to me. Most or even all that you listed are sure to be common. But I'm no expert but I do like either king versus the queen! I would love to have your list, though!

They are all copper up to 1996 for sure. The kings are probably worth more as collector coins than for bullion.

Hi I have a son with autism who look for US pennies but also finds a lot from Canada. He almost has them all if any of you happen to find the ones he is missing let me to if you do not need them.
And here is my Canada small cent list--
We need

1923
1924
1925
1926
1928
1936 DOT
1948
1949
2003
2004-p
2005-p
2008
2009
2010-p

Not a bad list for two years looking.

I can send you examples of the 1948 upwards. You might have some difficulty locating a 36 Dot! :)

And if you did find it would you put it in the $3.99 whitman coin folder.

There was only around 3 or 5 examples of the 1936 Dot 1 Cent struck.

There were other denominations also dated 1936 Dot as well,but they are all rare coins as well.
