Hey Chief,
Thx, I will keep trying on silver for a while. I'm in Seattle. Have a Ryedale on way, so we will keep busy with copper for sure!

Hi Riles,
I'm new too and careful... as the hobby is building momentum for me! I'm trying to set up pick up banks all over now...;)

Where are you at? My First 2 boxes I counted exactly how many coppers and wheats. I'm seams as I'm getting about 22% with about 2 wheats so far.

I started with my wife about 3 months ago now. It's very addicting!!! Especially once you get your first couple nice finds! There are so many firsts with this hobby and each roll or bag has the potential to have another. Stick with it and good things will come your way.

Way to go Nick. Couldn't of happened to a better guy. By the way, how are your eyes holding out? :)

Hey Goinyard,
I'm currently picking up boxes at my Credit Union ( Big city CU about 15 locations )
Did you have to open bank accounts at your pickup locations?
Thanks

It's exciting to see all the new faces around here, seems like our crazy hobby is gaining steam!

I am picking up the pace and getting more motivated as I am just a few hundred dollars short of my first ton!

Hey Riles,
I just received a ryedale machine last night and man, that thing is the shiat;) Go figure I went into bank last night and they said are you going to be getting coins like this often? We have to charge you. Dang, probably need to start looking for friendly chain to open with. Will check with CU's.

How many boxes do they let you pick up each time?

I started working on my hoard about 3 years ago. I sort off and on, and will go months without sorting at times so could probably have more if I was more dedicated. It is a meager amount compared to some here, but a nice amount to have tucked away so far! Good luck, I'm sure you will have a ton before you know it too.
