I refunded his money because he said "hey wait the add says these are 20 roll of wheat pennies if they are not all wheat pennies i will get ahold of ebay and put in a commplaint because it ia listed under wheat penny cadagory i dont want any memoreal pennies just wheat ok" and "ok let me tell you somthing if i look on the ends and if i fine a memoreal penny i will package them up and send them back for a refund and call ebay and make a complaint because thats no what the add discription says " and I didn't want to ship them because eBay will always side with the buyer. Apparently when I clicked "sell one like this" the original listing was in the 1909-1958 mixed lots penny category when it should be in the general mixed lots category.

I think the listing is deceptive, as you are stating that "20 Unsearched Penny Rolls - N.F. String & Sons - Zinc, Copper, Wheat Pennies"
The heading implies that wheat pennies will be found, even though it is stated in description that "anything is possible. There may be wheat pennies, but how would you know this if the rolls have been unsearched? You may trick more by adding "Indian Heads", "Flying Eagles", etc, if anything is possible.
I would not risk an untarnished feedback to trick people into paying this much for something they could get for face value at any bank.

There's always snake - oil salesman and suckers to buy (Think last Presidendtial Election)... I once got bit while bidding on a last second silver quarter auction (some clads clearly stated at the end of long description) .. shame people have no morals..
Just need to be careful and not get fooled again..

"Opened two rolls, and found 3 wheat pennys plus 2012 D's which are scarce here."

I think he lucked into that positive feedback with those wheats being there, AND having a buyer with low standards!!! Excited about 2012D's... Sheesh...
