Yeah, second me on that as well.

I was a crazy coin finder as a kid.... I loved shopping at the grocery store cause there was always a penny or two laying near checkout! And I went nuts when I found a dime!! :P

My wife and I have a little "contest" going every time we go out shopping - who can find the most change on the ground. I usually top her in change, but she's found quite a few bills. Just last week she got a crumpled up $20 on the floor at Target .

Who works out in their street clothes?
I've been known to throw out a bad zinker every now and then.
Found a $100 bill a few weeks ago in the lobby of the pizzeria few weeks back. That was a decent one!

Found 2 pennies in the bank parking lot today. Only one of them was copper.

While standing at the gas pump last PM, found 4 pennies on top of the pump- 2 coppers. 50% yield as compared to the 20% I'm getting from the bank boxes! (Just need a higher volume, though).

i tossed four of em in the trash at the bank this morning....they were zincs and the machine would not take them and I couldn't pass them on ...they were more than ugly they were hideous and needed to be put out of my viewing misery. On the other hand I pulled out of the machine debris collector...1 quarter, 2 nickels and 8 dimes no silver but all US....i saved more than i lost. ;)

I work at a school and I always check around the vending machines and the food court counter. The outside lockers yield some coins also so on average it totals about a buck a week.
