One Shield Cent

I just finished sorting a $25 N.F.String box. After a few rolls I noticed there's no 2009's (I save these). I continue to sort and still no 09's, also no shield cents. Most of the 07's and 08's are AU, so I assume this box has been on a shelf somewhere for the past few years. Then with six rolls left, I found one 2010 shield cent. The next 5 rolls had no 09's or shields. Overall I got my usual Cu%, 82's, wheats, but only One Shield Cent. Any thoughts?

I think that the mintage was low in 2009 so my guess is that this box was assembled in early 2010 right as they started introducing the 2010's and it has sat around for about 2 years before you just got your hands on it.

Yea- probably a box thats been sitting around somewhere for a while and finally got pulled. I noticed more than a normal amount of 2011 shields this week in my boxes. I hate those shiney plastic feeling things!!!!
