Zero extra bank accounts to hand sort 4-5 boxes a week. Although I might have to open one at the Royal soon. I've had a sweet deal there for the last couple of years were I come in with 2 boxes of zincs & trade the for 2 boxes CWR. No account there as of yet. I bank at the TD for over 25 years & they would not do that for me!

Newbie here, but about to open two new accts. That'll be 4. I have my main bank I've been with for years and they have no problem ordering boxes of whatever I like. I have another at the dump bank since I have 3 jetsort coin machines in 15 miles and they all dump into big bins so I worry less about making them change bags all the time.

1 new account primarily for penny dumps, sometimes for nickel or dime pickups and I did get 2 CWR's of halves from one of them which had 6 40% in them. I noticed they have branches within eyesight of 5 of my main banks branches, a couple are directly across the street. Figured it was stupid not to get an account there since I was right by them every time I went to the bank anyways.

FWIW, I've been getting plenty of CWRs from banks without an acct. I just ask.

3 accounts / 10 banks. All within a 15 minute drive. Five of them are less than 5 minute drive... very convenient.

1 dump, one pick up, and another pickup bank that I just added, which has not been working out at all. Might have to join Chase, need to join one that is on my way to work. They still like me at my dump place, but I can dump at other branches and always do when I can. With the heavier traffic branches that I dump at I find world coins that the coin grinder sloughs off, sometimes in garbage can next to machine, sometimes in the dust tray inside the machine which they have to open the door to get to.

I just recently started sorting so as of right now I just have my primary (supply) bank. Over the course of 2 months I sorted 8 boxes of pennies and have yet to dump the zincs. I'm debating what the best way to do this would be. I know I would have to open another bank account somewhere. I would hate to have several bank accounts open and have my hard earned money spread over these accounts essentially just sitting there to keep them open with a minimum balance.

4 accounts, 11 branches for dumping. Only use 4 branches for picking up. I do about 3-10k a week.

I told my dump bank what I was doing Coinage. I told them I have a disabled brother and he sorts pennies. I need a place to dump the pennies. I told them I would be basically be dumping pennies as far as my only business them. would you be interested in an account with me? I actually put it on them. I told them my other bank couldn't handle the amount I wanted to bring in.

They couldn't wait to open the account for me and expect me to come in.

2 accounts, 6 branches. I'm just a hand sorter, but it's nice to have a couple of different options.

NONE. Never have, never will have a bank account. Banks are the greedy, evil leeches of business. I refuse to contribute to their debauchery.

Although, I did open a credit union account and a TD Ameritrade (no balance and no fee) account. I already had two credit union accounts so I have more than I can handle at this point.

one account at a CU with 25 branches. I rotate pickups of $20 CWRs( no boxes available) at 3 or 4 branches every saturday, only can handsort weekends, work 12 hr days M-F. dump at coinstar for amazon, papa johns, or JCpennys giftcards with no fee. I figure with the low level I sort, might as well use the zincs for stuff I will buy anyway.

Currently, I just use my credit union. They have no problem ordering boxes for me. I go to a different branch for pick up and returns. I tried to randomly go into a bank, and they told me that they don't sell large amounts of coin without having an account with that bank. So, I'll just keep doing what works until something changes.
