is there anywhere i can go to trade pennies with people im working on the collector books and still missing some dont know values of them but i have plenty of doubles to trade

If you live in a sizable enough city there is probably a "coin club" which you can find via searching Google for "coin clubs [name of your city here]".

If not, then you can post want / have lists here and other friendly forums.
