Not a bad way to end the night

Postby DebtFreeMe » Tue Apr 10, 2012 11:45 pm

Opened up my last roll for the evening and what's staring back at me? But, a new member to my tribe... 1906, not to bad condition... That's # four for the year...

Have a good night all.

Congrats!!

All I've been doing is harvesting grain every now & then while the maple leaves occasionally fall.

Hilarious. I had hoped that my Ryedale would smoke out the Native Americans... I keep a close guard on the reject pile, so none slip by. Then in case one tried to sneak into the copper pile, I watch them as I re-run them through.

I haven't found one since June of 2010. And it's the only one I've found while SORTING. I did get one in the till when I worked at a gas station in college.

Well, I don't know what the odds are in this. But I went and picked up a bag of pennies from a different bank, and low and behold another 1906 Indian Head was waiting for me, in much better condition than the one I found the other day... I also found my first George V...
