hi all,

i went through my 1970 S cents tonight and think i have a couple of small dates in really good condition, numbers line up and the 9 points toward the 7 not the S. can you give some advice on where to send these to authenticate them, also how much it costs and turn around time etc? i've never done this before and don't want to mess it up.

thanks in advance,

atticus

I would first try the free way. Post a scan/photo and see what the realcent staff has to say. If you get more it is real votes then I would look into getting an authentication.

Need the pic. The loop of the "9" needs to hook to the center of the "7" but also the "7" has to have a smaller leg and be level with the "0". Do you also have the weak "Y" in LIBERTY?

After you see one good small date, it's like night and day between the two.
