Brinks cent boxes. Uniform size makes stacking and shipping a snap.

I also roll mine as that give a better judge of value as I do not have counter nor large accurate Scale. A mighty hand sorter some time :)

I've been sorting into $10, 1quart ziplock bags. From there I haven't decided what to put the bags in. My thoughts is I can fit $100 into 2 gallon bakery buckets for final storage.

I have graduated to heavy duty plastic fort knox deposit bags that fit $50 face in each. I started filling coffee cans, then when my hoard outgrew those I moved them into kitty litter buckets. I recently got paranoid of the coins being exposed to moisture (and each bucket weighed about 200 pounds) so I wanted a better storage option. The bags cost a bit, but are well worth the peace of mind to know my hoard is sealed and also that I can keep an accurate count with each bag that I pile up.

I put them in 1 gallon ice cream buckets. You can seal them with the lid.

It works perfectly.

Simply Orange juice jugs, I go thru about two of these a week so I have them readily available. The coppers from 4 boxes (what I hand search a week) fill right up to the neck religiously. When filled it makes a good burglar basher.

I use those orange 5 gallon buckets you get at the Home Depot for something like $3. No lining, no individual bags... just copper cents in a big bucket with the lid on it. Heavy as Hell, but they weren't meant to be moved once full anyway.

What would you guess the weight is on a full HD bucket? I thought about that but was afraid I wouldn't be able to lift it.

Re-roll and store in original penny boxes. Stacks easy and easy to move one box at a time.

Hey guys just a heads up, there are about numerous past topics in which this has been discussed in detai, just in case you want to look back. Most of the older members may not be chiming in because this topic comes up once a month or so when we get some newbies rolling in....

rerolling is easy if you invest in a coin tube(probably have to buy whole set, around 14 bux, but I use the nickel one also)and preformed shotgun rolls, best price I got was amazon, $12.99 for a thousand. its not for everybody, but if your about building a stack, and not looking at quick profit, the boxed rolls fit quite nicely in milk crates.

I think I'll just purchase some preformed rolls, sticking them in there can't be to hard
