Anyone finding boxes of 2012 pennies when picking up your search boxes? None coming this way. If you'd like to get rid of a few boxes I'd be interested in purchasing some. Santa will not be appreciated without a few rolls in everyone's stockings. Thanks.

I have been getting boxes that are LOADED with new 2012's. Only problem is that there are a few random circulated cents mixed in. Have yet to see a solid 2012 box.

I've hit a ton this summer, just have one left now though. Message me if you want it, Denver mint by the way

I had a bunch of them in the April timeframe. I was getting so many 100% 2012 boxes that I just started cracking them and dumping because I did not want to tie up the investment in Zinc. I wish I had a couple boxes for you now.

Is there any premium for a full 2012 box? I remember when I was sorting pennies in early 2009, I got a solid box of 2008-P, and someone on Realcent bought it from me and re-rolled them in NF String wrappers and box.

I am waiting to see if there are any good doubled dies for 2012 before getting rid of mine. I saved my 2011 boxes because there are some good doubled dies for that year. I still have not searched my 5 boxes yet though.

Good info to know... I have one 2011 that I saved unopened as well. Where do I find pics or info for the newer errors etc? My oldest grandson is really getting into coins with me now and he would love to search them for me I am sure... I do have some 2012 D boxes saved as well for the same reason. I figured it wouldn't hurt to keep them in the hoard just incase they might contain errors or something...

I use coppercoins.com. Go to that website and do a die variety search for 2011.

All I've gotten in the last 3 weeks is 2012 boxes. =(

its been months since i have seen boxes of 2012, but one turned up today...

I got two boxes of 2012's today
I just traded them for different boxes at the next bank

I thought there was no longer a risk of getting solid 2012 cent boxes. BUT all 3 of my pickup banks last week only had 2012 boxes.

So far there have only been minor doubled dies found for 2012P, I actually found one, but they are not worth enough for me to sort through a solid box of 2012 looking for them. Just to boring....

I had 7 solid boxes of 2012s. Could not sell them at a premium so I just dumped them.

I was going to offer you some 2012-D boxes, but it looks like you already have plenty of other members with boxes. I could use a few boxes of P mint ones if someone wants to swap or sell off some boxes at a slight premium.

Got some more of the dreaded shiny shields this week too...hit a little run of them in mid-october too, and now they seem to be making a late year push to deplete the copper supply!

6 out of 10 boxes last week were 2012s here in wny

3 out of my 6 on Monday were 2012's and 2 out of 6 Tuesday were 2012's, first time I have every received a solid box, now if only they were solid copper boxes.

7 out of my last 7 boxes were 2012 P in central New York.

7 of my last 10 boxes were solid 2012. Maybe they are preparing for all of the copper to disappear.
