Quick Stop

Postby CU Baker » Sun Nov 25, 2012 4:20 pm

Made a quick stop at a small bank on my way to play a poker tourny. Asking if they had any pennies they wanted off load. :shifty: She goes back to the valt and comes back and says I have $1300.00 in bags how much would you like. Dang only $800 in my pocket, need a little for poker. $600 I will take and I will come get the rest on monday if that ok. She says fine. By the way do you have any halves or dimes? 4K in dimes, so I will have a nice load on Monday. Just got done with the second run of the copper. Into the coin counter and, drum roll  $286.42 in cu 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) :P :P :P :P

A fine bank you have. Mine would never have anywhere near that much in coins.
267,500 pennies and 186,000 nickels searched. Hand sorter.

I sucked! Got donked off with top two pair and this jerk hits an inside straight draw to take 60% of my stack early in the tourny. Thanks for rubbing it in Ron.

Thats why you should try Blackjack. Easier to remember the card counts.

Happens to me all the time. The guys I play with each week can win on a pair of tens or a pair of jacks all the time but I CAN'T win with an ace high straight or flush. There is some skill involved but you still have to get some good cards once in awhile and have some luck. I just don't have any luck.
