Don't see a 2011 IH tracking thread so I posted this in the pre-40:
Nice, but holed 1899!

Perfect e-bay listing.
"UNSEARCHED SHOTGUN ROLL WITH INDIAN HEAD (holed, but nice) SHOWING"
Cool find.
Are you going to unwrap it? Are you going to leave it unsearched?

The odds of finding and IHC on the end:
Assuming 1/250,000 still in circulation. I think this is a fair ratio.
1/250,000 X 2/50(odds of any given cent being displayed on the end)
1 in 4,166,667.
Are you going to unwrap it?

Please note-
It is an 1899- see post. I don't have the self discipline to leave a roll like that wrapped!
This is the second IH ender I've come across.

Opps , failure to read the whole post on my part.
The odds of two IHC enders is 1in 8,333,334
or you would have to search 166,666 rolls on average.
You're a busy man!

Busy- no, dedicated, yes- searched $19,122.50 in pennies for 2010 or $52.39 a day.
6,239 wheats and and only 7 IH's.
Guess I beat the odds!

TXTim, I don't want to rain on the parade, but if you really want to get technical...
http://realcent.org/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=2474agmoose reported his first Indian at 2:02 PM and hirbonzig reported his first at 8:50 PM. But, as they say, "There's always next year!" Congrats on the find, though. I've never had one looking back at me like that.

WOW!!! Drooling all over my keyboard as I type this! That is a beautiful site. One day I hope I can find one in my searches. They are very scarce here in Central Florida. None found through my searches yet in over 2 1/2 years. But I keep searching and hoping. I just wish I could get that type of box here. My BWRs are the Brinks type with the plastic sleeve which I hate.
Enjoy your coin searches, everyone.

sux that it is surrounded by zincolns. pic would have been better if you could have arranged the rolls with copper showing on the ends to fit in the frame.
