Ok, what do you do with all the empty penny boxes? I know you got them, I know you got too many of them. I was thinking about posting a batch up on the bay or here if someone wanted to make it worth my time. What do you do with them. I got about 50 and these are the ones I don't use for storage. Recycle?
I wish I could find a bank that would let me buy bags.

I would be careful with what you leave at your curb. I know I dont want people knowing I have lots of coins in my dwelling. I return them to the bank with my zinks

I keep all the brinks boxes for hauling rolls and NF string boxes get burned.

I like to fill them with my old coppers. It saves me time for rolling, it saves me money to buy things to store them in, and it saves the Earth. I deserve a medal.

I use a one while I sort to discard my zincs into after looking them over for 2009's and anything else interesting.
Like Corsair I will use them to store the coppers in after I fill my Ozarka water jug.

OK here's my plan for the boxes. I'am saving all my boxes along with with the coin wrappers. This spring when the temp gets above hell frozen over here in Minnasota I will put all the paper rolls in five gallon buckets soak them down and make a slurry. The water will be drained and the paper sludge packed into the boxes. These will be dried with my fans and heater in the garage. After completely drying, the boxes will be dipped into a pool of melted parriffin and then used as fire starters for the fire pit.

I have a stack also...I have your address Hoard, maybe I will send them your way for your box hoard.
The poly tubes, paper roll trash and string boxes are recycled.

I pack my copper in the old boxes, after duct taping them shut they stack neatly. All the other boxes go into the recycling bin.

I burn them, I still have about 100 sitting around the barn just waiting to be used for something.

In Canada, you need to roll your zincs, so I use most of mine to make dumps with, and I keep the rest because it tells me down to the nearest $25 FV exactly how many coppers I have hoarded up.
