I returned several bags of pennies yesterday on one of those self serve coin machines at a local bank. When I poured one of the bags in, an Ike dollar fell out. It must have been stuck to the inside of the bag when I searched it because I would have surely noticed it before. It is a 1977 Ike, not a big deal but I never found a dollar coin in a bag of pennies before. I was just wondering if anyone else has.

If it was an Ike, it is a dollar coin, not a half dollar.

I stand corrected, it is an Ike dollar coin. I guess I should stop drinking while I sort!
