Fully equipped with a garbage screen. It will hold 200+ dollars, and is gravity fed. 8-)

Good idea with the screen

Yea it gets rid of most of the stuff that jams the machine. I'll try to get some better pics.

Sweet! So is it collapsible enough to fit into a Medium Flat Rate box?

That's an awesome idea! I bet it makes sorting a lot easier.

You wish. ;)

The table cost more than the ryedale!

It does, plus I don't have as many jams.

Try connecting a medium sized motor to the far end of that (opposite the Rydale). Maybe an old motor from a toy RC car or something larger maybe. Put something on the motor shaft that would cause it to be unbalanced (in order to create a wabble effect... something like a large vibrator in a cell phone). This slight vibration motion... along with your angle for gravity... may cause your apparatus to become fully self feeding! Good luck (if you try it)! PS... I want 30% for copyright if you make millions! :D I'll take it in copper too! ;)

Why stop there? I say you build a set of robotic arms that will open your boxes, slice the rolls open, then dump the pennies onto the table. That way the entire process is completely automated. All you'd have to do is set your boxes in reach of the arms and the machines will take care of the rest! ;) Haha...okay so maybe the robotic arms is taking it a bit far, but I do like the vibration idea though. Seems like it would be pretty simple to set up and would make sorting a breeze.

Robots aren't that far fetched. I work in a factory with a lot of automation and robots. It might not be very cost effective, but it's doable.
