Just missed a water jug

So right after I paid the teller for 3 bags an older guy walked up with the bankcart and he had a full 5 gallon jug with pennies. Not one shinny one in the lot that i could see. Tried to offer him 250 for it but no dice. He said he had been collecting them for years. Guess I'll go back later and see if they pulled them.

I found out when the armored pick up was for the loose bags, (Thurs afternoon here) and would just go thurs morning to pick up all the bags they had.

what banks seem to do that more? or is it by branch/manager?
