3,200+ wheat pennies for 60 bucks, is this a good deal?

Good deal for the buyer. The seller might be able to get more than 60 on them....

My dealer charges 4x face for sorted wheats. He is a pretty fair guy for the most part. I would buy them, seems like a good deal.
