I have onlt sorted 7 boxes of pennies the two that I got that were glued shut were amost all new sheld pennies but the others that were taped shut had decent copper, is this a fluk or should I not get the glued boxes?

Here, the difference is just the different service. One uses tape, the other uses glue. Loomis vs Brinks, I believe.

It's a fluke in the sense that it doesn't make any difference what box type, but if one or the other services is distributing new coins at the moment, you might want to avoid them for awhile and only get the other, until it "passes".

The only taped box I ever got was from BoA, and it was short $2.50.

This is why it's a good idea to mention that you collect OLD pennies. I've had tellers pre-screen the boxes for me.
