Off Topic.. How do I send PMS?

My PMs go to the out box then they sit there... since yesterday.. am I doing something wrong? Thx.. Mods, please move if there is a better place to ask.. thx, Diggin

When the person you sent the PM to opens it. It will disappear from your out box. That way you know they read what you sent.
