Another week of very little to show

So I think I may be shifting focus from silver hunting to nickels. I'm clearly no longer into pennies, but nickels are rapidly becoming my new fix. I even found a Victory nickel. I had just read an awesome article about the 1913 victory nickel and nearly had a heart attack because I saw the 19X3 on just a glance. Kind of like seeing a 1909 vdb penny and seeing something under the date that makes you think "S".

This is a link to my latest find. http://xxjobiiixx.blogspot.com/2012/02/another-week-with-little-to-show-did-bf.html

Go for the picture and leave comments. And my apologies in advance if you take offense to me comparing all of us to mere rats in a skinner box.

Happy Hunting

I am in nickels and dimes now taking time away from the cent. The best luck I'm having are in dimes right now. But we know that can change with the next bag.

I like to see someone getting something good; My results have been heading to abysmal.
Haven't seen V nickel in at least 2 years and don't even see buffaloes anymore.
Interesting note on skinner though; I see some of us rising out of that, so I believe we're above it.
A good example is quarters; the results are low, so few people work them.
People drop what's not working and move to what is.
I can see the potential for me to move to 100% copper soon.....

Well i'm sad to say that bag was probably the first and last one my branch will give me. I'm finding most banks don't carry a lot of them. Bags sure make this easy. I can only imagine doing halfs like that...
