Hi - I picked up a Brinks box of Nickels last week and found that two of the rolls in the box were each short by 4 nickels. Has this happened to anyone else?

Possibly a machine issue. One of the best boxes of halves I ever got was short one coin nearly every roll.

The only time that I get short boxes of halves from Loomis is when the box has a decent amount of silver in it. I don't think that it is a coincidence.

I used to see this a lot when I would order large quantities of pennies through brinks. The plastic wrapped rolls would be half the normal length in some cases. I'm surprised that this happened on just one box. I would assume this is just an error and probably won't happen again. If it does you should consider ordering from another bank.
