Canadian quarters no mint mark

There are some Canadian quarters this year (2010) with no mint mark. Any chance these are nickel?

They are commemorative rememberance day type quarters 65th anniversary of the end of WWII.

I havent seen them yet but I highly doubt they are Ni. My crazy government has been hard at work stealing all the good coins made of Ni and flooding the banks withe their new stuff. If only the rest of the government worked this well.
