The Great Nickel Heist

Some of you may have seen the article I posted recently on the Great Copper Heist. So....how about one then for nickel? Try 321,000 pounds worth, or around a ballpark figure of $2.6 million dollars. Ouch! As usual, at least one scrap metal dealer is involved, except that this time, it appears there are two other countries indirectly involved besides the USA.

321,000 pounds (160.5 tons). Since it's such a large amount, maybe this will be the clincher for the goobermint to debase the nickel.
