Just finished sorting a 'machine sorted' batch of Canada nickel. The only thing correct was the total coin count

2000 ( $100 bag as listed)

92.55 Ca .999
7.15 post '82
0.25 steel '53
0.05 U.S. 1948D

Not too terribly bummed...I've bought from the guy before. If I squawk he'll make it good.

He must have Stevie Wonder at the controls cuz there was 8.85 in KG6 and 2.50 KG5. Some nicer ones, too.

My results from a recent ebay buy of "10# Canadian .999" :

Total of 1,023 coins received:

1960-1981 .999 = 977
1967 .999 = 5
1970 .999 = 3
1937-1949 .999 = 15
1950-1959 .999 = 11
subtotal, .999 = 1,011
1951 steel = 1
2001P steel = 1
2001 CuNi = 2
Modern plated steel = 8

2 of the 1950s were nice 1951 commems, first ones I ever received in a bulk buy.

I didn't know what I would end up with when I bought these, but I'm happy with the results.
