i just found a $1 slot token from Circus Circus Reno 1980 and have not been able to find a resource that tells me the composition. It looks, feel, and sounds like cupro-nickel, but i want to know for sure. Does anyone know of a casino token reference site that includes composition info?

Thanks! My googling didn't find that site. They aren't very specific on the composition, do you think they're implying it's .999Ni?

Test it with a magnet. If it sticks, then its possibly .999 nickel. If it doesn't stick it is likely CuNi.

Refrigerator magnets don't even pretend to stick. Oh well.
