Buffalo nickel value question

Ok heres the situation, I got an email from someone local who has a fair amount of coins that she inherited and is looking to sell. I got this guide online but was wondering how accurate it seems. Besides the answer of "it's only worth what someone is willing to pay", which I'm fully aware, does anyone here move many of these that could let me know what they usually pay under "book value" for these. It can be a pm if privacy is a problem. Maybe book value is what you all pay, I usually try to get some discount. Anyhow, Canadian nickels I know quite a bit about, but US nickels I'm still learning. Any help would be welcome, I don't want to rip her off, or myself either.
