Yes, it is worth as much as an FRN. Maybe at 11 AM EST or 11 AM PST or 11 PM the picture will be updated.

Same as a FRN? I dunno... considering the labor effort and raw materials cost that went into that post it note vs what goes into making a FRN... I'd say the post it note is worth more.

-1 since I disagree with the premiss of it being "about the same" in worth.
