I bought on the dip yesterday. Should have picked up more, but there weren't any good deals and I really hate paying full retail. What will tomorrow hold?

No assurance that it will repeat, or repeat exactly, but if we are in a similar pattern, we may be only a week or two from a sudden bottom that lasts only momentarily. Let's hope it doesn't bottom overnight and be back up by the next day. The bulk of the last bottom was like that.

No assurance we won't have a re-visiting of this next week, but it does look very much like a repeat of December at a slightly higher level. December dipped for a moment to the upper 25s. This one dipped for a moment into the upper 26s. Note that in this reverse rally, by the time the price dropped below $28, ASEs became hard to find. And while 90% didn't disappear completely it did start to get harder to find and premiums started to rise. Re-stocking mode is now underway.

During this dip I've put my money where my mouth is. I did hold back a modest amount in case it dropped still further (or it does again), but I've mostly shot my wad. 200 ASEs, $280 face of 90%, and 4.5 oz of gold, in total, for this dip.

For all of you again waiting for some lower number and again shut-out, good luck the next time...

I'm about to buy a few hundred ounces between New Style JM Bars and SAEs before the market re-opens, so everyone watch out for another nice dip after the market opens back up!
