Fake US 90% coins?

Fake US 90% coins?

Has anyone heard anything about people producing fake circulated 90% silver coins? I'm not talking about the dollar coins here, just quarters, dimes and halfs. I haven't felt the need to run a magnet over the 90% but perhaps it's necessary.

Just curious.

they do occur, mostly key dates, tho :shifty:
