She said that this guy had tried to pick up my orders the last couple of weeks but they would not allow him telling him he had to order his own.

She told him he can't be going through them in the lobby and then turn them back in.

A bad apple for sure....I'd bring in some type of "treat" for those tellers pronto, just to smooth over your relationship with your pickup bank....Those tellers are getting a bad taste in their mouths for sorters and your only a sorter or two away from being cut off....some damage control is needed here...
All the work to establish a pickup bank and this troll is going to ruin it....

You are right I am going to have to take them in some candy.

I went today and the teller who orders coin said that they were talking about implementing a fee for all ordered coin.

I told her that I appreciated that they have ordered coin for me for the last couple of years and told her that I understood her decision either way.

I told her I just wanted things to be fair ie the guy with the baby stroller not picking up my orders and I would understand if there was a week she would only be able to give me half my order if she needed to share it with other sorters.

She told me because she had her badge on she couldn't tell me what she thought about the baby stroller sorter guy :)

He is starting to cause problems at 2 of my pick up banks

I picked up my $1k order at another bank and they told me he was in trying to get my order and they would not give it to him (he had already picked up his order on Monday)

The guy is either ignorant or a jerk.

You should identify which and maybe educate him. Let him know he is screwing it up for both of you. Maybe he doesn't know any better and should join RC and learn.

I'm hearing these ads on the radio selling the idea of "roll hunting" and five words to get free silver The Sheeple masses are on to it and they will soon shut it down for all.

Good luck with your situation. I feel that I am in kind of the same. I have a bank that is nice enough to order for me. The conditions that they set forth were:

1. I had to take the whole 1K
2. I couldn't bring them back.

Now this other guy started ordering. Originally he didn't take all of them. Now he takes the whole 1K, but brings them back the following week in bags that he begs off of the tellers. The branch has a new manager, and I don't see this lasting long. I was going to start direct depositing part of my paycheck in the bank, but think I will wait now to use as additional leverage later if I need it.

I think that I have a good relationship with the bank and tellers. The other day the ladies could not get one of the doors to close and lock, so they they had me come behind the counter and close and lock it for them. I also studied it out to figure out what they would need to do to close it on their own in the future.
