JFF's pic doesn't explain anything to me.
HCBTT would say that this is the DCB (dead cat bounce ) In theory the further the fall the bigger the bounce.

Its not a breakout, its the Usual Suspects. The time of day is the primary indicator. Ag has only gone up $0.75 or so, which is a normal swing for the Boys to play.
