MPM: 857 rounds vanish overnight

Postby Z00 » Wed Apr 17, 2013 7:21 am

I have been watching the special that Monarch Precious Metals had been running on their house rounds at 1.00 over spot. Payday is today. When I looked at it yesterday, there were 857 in stock. So I looked to pull the trigger this morning. (To take advantage of their 2.00 off any order deal.)

THEY SHOW NOT IN STOCK!!!!

Someone cleaned them out overnight.

(I only wanted 4. So which one of you has my 4 rounds?)

I was watching the same thing, hoping to get 4 (1oz) rounds and shipping total under $100. Silver would have to be lower though and they would have to have the stock. :shh:

While watching on Monday they had either (2,000 or 1,200) of the generic rounds and they were eaten up by days end. I was watching the same thing on Tueday, they started with 1,200+ and were going down in 50+ increments every time I checked. Spot was hovering on their website at $23.4X up to $24.0X all day, mostly in the $23.5X Range. The last time I checked it in the afternoon (Tuesday) they were down significantly in the Quantity of (1oz) Rounds.

$100-$5.95 shipping is $94.05 Buying Power
Add $2 Buying Power for the special, $96.05
Divide by your target rounds (4) and you would need to be looking at $24.01 per round price
Subtract $1 for the Premium over Spot, your Target Spot price would need to be $23.01 to get out for $100 :o

I never saw that spot price on their website hit that, but timing was the key if you wanted to score some. It seemed regardless of the minor changes in spot (10 cents) their rounds were selling quick!!
