Yep... you can buy physical silver for under $20 an ounce, including (nonexistent) shipping. Well, as long as you don't have to pay tax, which I don't. Some said it would never happen...

Yeah, you said the price would never go under 25, but even when it did a lot of people thought physical would never get that low.
