If you want a good price on some Valcambi break-aparts, contact christostock. The more you buy, the better deal you'll get. If you want grams that come with "certification" (carded) that's going to cost you more... about $3 more at a minimum. Check APMEX for a wide selection.

I haven't bought many so can't really do any comparison, but the pamp grams I got from TXBullion exceeded my expectations for the right price.

I think it's hard to beat the Pamp Suisse fractionals. Nice card. You can buy them in 1, 5 & 10 gram bars for amaingly good prices right now. I'd recommend trying to put together 3 ounces in fractionals, 30 One gram bars, six five gram bars, and three ten gram bars. Then you can just pile up on full ounces from there on knowing you can buy whatever you might need in gold, down to the gram, if necessary.
Also ask your dealer to throw in the Pamp box. Each box holds about 25-30 cards if I remember correctly. Nice way to keep it all organized.

Keep an eye open for those Gold grams from A & M metals from our very own member Kurr. I do not have enough of them.

I have 3 of the above bars I would sell at $52 each.
I have valcambi break-apart bars I would sell at $48 each.

+1
I like the 2.5 gram pamp , almost the size of the 5g , with less premium then the 1 g. feels like you actually getting something to, the 1 g are nice but they are small.

Thanks for the kind words. If the silver market would get closer to my break even point for the silver I got now, I'd like to focus more on the gold for a year or so.

I agree with this whole heartedly. I love the 2 and 2.5 gram bars. Sometimes the 1-gram bars are just too small, and the 2/2.5 gram bars are just right
