How do they plan on enforcing laws in foreign countries?
Former stock broker w/ ~20 yrs. at one company. Spoke with 100k+ people and traded a lot (long, short, options, margin, extended hours, etc.).

Please note that ANY stocks I discuss, no matter how compelling, carry risk- sometimes substantial. If not prepared to buy it multiple times in modest amounts without going overboard (assuming nothing really wrong with the company), you need to learn more about the market and managing risk. Also, please research covered calls (options) as well.

In an earlier post I discussed a conference that I attended regarding technology and those who use it to sell counterfeit items (including PM's) as well as other illegal items. It's the beginning of a long list that is in its infancy but nevertheless making strides against this type of issue. I could go on and on about stories that I heard regarding theft and security as well as counterfeiting that would make your head turn.

It's a new world and we need to keep up with those looking to take advantage.

It makes everyone along the supply line responsible too. IE the reseller in america, Ali baba or ebay itself, A couple large lawsuits/settlements and ebay/ali baba will start to take this more seriously and hopefully reduce the issue.
