Goldman and HSBC say "sell", while taking delivery of 7 tons

Postby neilgin1 » Tue Aug 11, 2015 1:16 am

of Au.

"On August 6, 2015, Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) and HSBC (NYSE:HSBC) took delivery of a sum total of 7.1 tons of physical gold. No, I have not made any typographical errors. And no, I am not talking about electronic paper claims. I am talking about shiny yellow metal stuff that you can touch and feel."

and we wonder why that farce of a "free market", the Comex has Au priced at 1100 and Ag at 15.

isn't it clear?

its the midnite hours now, and I found a 8X12 print, that i'm going to frame....this is a little off topic, but as I posted this article, and article that just underlines how WRONG everything is, I looked to the left of my laptop, and there the print sits, "The Temptation in the Wilderness"....and it speaks to me in ways NO WORDS can, so I thought i'd share it with you all

I knew there was a reason why I said this, because they always do it!

Could be an indication that the bottom was in (temporarily). I still don't trust that paper markets won't drag the price down further unless they fail to deliver. Then again, at the rate of physical supply depletion it's possible they are buying out of necessity.

Thanks for sharing the picture too. The wilderness, where Jesus was continually tempted by the enemy telling him all the things He could do and have as the Son if He just willed it to be, where He continued to rebuke the enemy knowing that He must remain blameless in order for His blood to pay the price for our salvation. Alone with no other person to hold Him accountable, He persevered for our sake, forsaking everything of the world that so many of us spend every last breath chasing. In the end, His life was worth 30 shekels of silver to one traitorous disciple, about 11 ounces which was roughly equivalent to half a year's worth of wages back then. In this context I feel truly rich with my modest stack, but not as rich as I feel by His grace.
Silver: the Rodney Dangerfield of precious metals.

If it's printed on a piece of paper it's worth the paper it's printed on.
If it's a digital asset it's worth the electrons in cyberspace.
