You can't embed a video here and start it at a certain time. So either click Spencer's link or play the video below and skip to 11:03

It needs to look like this:

"If you own a coin you own it" at 42:00. That quote from an Associate Director of the Mint. Not sure that's accurate law - we've debated that here before. Does the US Mint Treasury actually own the coinage it produces and do they have the right to call it back?
