$25-35 Ag (Comex board)--thats the battleground.

just got done looking at the daily, weekly, monthly charts of Ag.

I wont bore you all with my half-azz'ed tech "analysis" (which is worth about a nickel) but I spent a lot of just looking and remembering, and here's what I see from the past:

in 2012, after the beatdown, taking Ag to $26, the subsequent rebound went to $35 and failed.

in 2013, the beatdown took Ag to $18, and the rebound had the strength to make it to $25...period, so it seem the next real resistance is $25.

I'm of the opinion $25 will be breached....timing?. Gosh I dunno. But there will be a back and forth, between $25 and $35, that will last ???....at the end day, $35 will be taken out to the upside, and the Maginot line will be $50.

OBVIOUSLY, everythings changed, but what has me spooked are the solvency of Euro banks, been hearing whispers about 4 insolvent Italian banks, domino, domino, domino.....and just the fact that both Deutcshe Bank AND Credit Suisse are trading at all time lows?

I NEVER would have thunk that. so there it is. God love you all, neil

Neil:

As always, appreciate your sharing the look thru your eyes into areas I do not delve. I consider it high value information.

Nothing to add except that for true price discovery (sustained) 50+ requires settling phase with a period of support at 40. Otherwise the valuation will be primarily speculative monies.
This space for rent. :)
