Bought a yellow metal necklace and bracelet at a tag sale. Marked 14K Italy. Looks genuine gold. Did a google search. Says its 58.5% gold.
Weights 25 grams.
Could someone tell me what I might get if I were to sell it? Thanks

14kt is 14 24ths gold which is 58.33% gold. Unless you find someone who wants it as jewelry and is willing to pay a premium you might get 85% of spot. So the valuation is .85 times 25 grams divided by 31.1 grams per troy oz times .5833 times spot (which is about 1500). Which is about $598.
