Silver Bond Pays 12% in Silver

This is interesting in two ways.
The silver bond, first in 150 years, may focus attention on PMs as sound money.
Also, this seems to echo Michael Saylor's successful MicroStrategy playbook that leverages Bitcoin into steady stock price gains.

I checked this out; the minimum to invest is $200,000. Great idea, but it seems to me that they would gain more traction by offering it to smaller investors. Just a thought.

This does sound to good to be true. A “safe” 12% annual return is super unusual.
Former stock broker w/ ~20 yrs. at one company. Spoke with 100k+ people and traded a lot (long, short, options, margin, extended hours, etc.).

NOTE: ANY stocks I discuss, no matter how compelling, carry risk- often
substantial. If not prepared to buy it multiple times in modest amounts without going overboard (assuming nothing really wrong with the company), you need to learn more about the market and managing risk. Also, please research covered calls (options) and selling short as well.

Bunker Hill Mining, the recipient of the proposed loan, has been having financial difficulties the past few years. This move reeks of desperation on somebody’s part, in my opinion.

Time for more coffee.
