Andrew Maguire is calling for $4500.

Even a stopped clock is right twice a day. For those that don't know, he's been telling everyone to buy silver since 2010.

Well, he's not wrong in the big picture as the time to buy is when it's cheap. While $6 silver or $12 silver or $24 silver is cheaper, the current price (if you can get it at spot) is, one might argue, potentially incredibly cheap. I certainly was buying hand over fist at this price 12 years ago when I was concerned of global financial implosion. (I obviously underestimated the abilities of TPTB to manipulate themselves out of that crisis.) I then managed to DCA my way to an above water position, eventually. But there are those that argue that silver will reach triple digits in my lifetime, at which point $33 will indeed seem like a bargin.

Yeah, well I've learned to be very skeptical of anyone claiming timing, including myself! I believe I will live to see $100 silver. I'm just not sure if that is a year or 15 years from now.

Not just him, almost ALL PM pundits were wrong back then. In hindsight most of us here wish we unloaded more back then. I only sold one $500FV bag of 90% and several rolls of 1921 BU Morgan's.

The main reasons why the price does not rise substantially is because it's very easily manipulated. Companies that need it for industrial uses and EVs do not want to price to rise.
Time is precious, stop wasting it.
