There is an ad on craigslist that is offering Pandas at $40 and other coins that usually have a premium at melt or below melt.
It is almost on there daily
Have any of you guys heard of them?

Report his listings for "999 German Silver" bars. "German silver" is 60% copper, 20% nickel, and 20% zinc. NO SILVER, which he conveniently forgot to mention...
