I think the 85% of spot purchase price should have been mentioned in the poll... I would buy as much as you can and flip if you need to. Even if its for a small profit it is still a profit. I dont think you should make the same mistake Im making right now looking at 22 acres at a decent price just out side of the city and feeling that now is not the time. I know Im not going to pull the trigger and I know Im going to kick myself in a few short years.
