gilded kookaburra

I got a few 2004 and 2008 one ounce Kookaburras boxed with numbered COA's. It appears only 3000 were made with the birds gilded in gold. Does anyone know anything about resale on these. The 2008 Kookaburra is my all time favorite coin but ANYTHING on a coin kinda puts me off....even Gold.
