Indium is an extremely soft metal used in electronics, predominately LCD screens, and as a component in low temperature alloys. I have also heard of thin sheets of indium being used as a substitute for heat transfer paste in high end computer cooling applications. You could bend these bars in half with your bare hands if you wanted to, or write your name it in with your fingernail. It's an interesting metal and not much exists in small bullion form.

...Yeah, there's no way I could trust myself with that. I would destroy it :shifty: It's cool though

At first I thought you said "iridium", and I was like, "I thought that was harder and much more expensive"...
267,500 pennies and 186,000 nickels searched. Hand sorter.

Regular shells are on the website at the link above, currently $27. Only have a handful left until I get more shot in. The 5-piece set will be priced at approximately spot + $6/oz on release day.

Ok, that's not bad for a nice custom set!

Is there going to be a limit on orders? Or is all day July 4 open?

Open for orders all day July 4th. Total number sold in 24 hours sets the mintage, no more orders after that. I'll announce the final mintage just as soon as I can tally the orders. First limited production set for Keystone and the first time I have tried a release like this, so I have no idea how many will sell. Should be interesting.

Cool, I will definitely pick up a box. Probably 2 as I plan to convert one to REAL working "shot" in case of various attacks where that may come in handy :)

I bet you'd get more interest if you re-opened your ordering availability. I would have grabbed a set, but I was out either bbq'ing or on the lake with family. Wasn't really around a computer on the 4th.

Great!
Silver Monometalism is the most permanent and stable form of money the world has seen. Natural law and history prove silver value is best multiplied by gold and best divided by copper. It is only in this counterfeit currency time when the natural law appears suspended.

I love the look of these bars...but I have too much trouble with the necessary markups on the copper itself. A ten troy ounce bar has significantly less copper than a pound of pennies in a ziplock baggy.

Why not just stick with a bag of pennies? I know it's not as sexy and all...but just sayin'.
