I just do not understand why you guys get so worked up over what JFF writes.

Even if you disagree?

Such omniscient dogmatic rhetorically empty bombastic hypocritical pontifications will not do well for you here. You know not what you speak so judge not that ye be not judged.

Cheers!

 You really need to stop bullshiting everyone here and answer this simple question...

If you are such a rich, successful mega-trader, why in the hell are you wasting time posting on a "penny" hoarding forum?

Are you saying the rich (which is a RELATIVE TERM by the way!) don't like to post on forums?

I happen to know for a fact that on a couple forums I read there are at least 20 people with a net worth of over 10 million, which is rich to most people I would think.

Do you really believe that some uber-rich mega trader is posting on a penny forum in order to help us? He should be on his yacht somewhere drinking champagne and banging hot chicks. He is only here to brag, prognosticate and inflate his own ego... that's all.

I'd like see a screen shot of his trading platform with the $ balances listed. He's probably trading out of Mommy's basement using a TD Ameritrade platform [/quote]

My gosh you apparently think all successful people are EXACTLY the same. Not so. Some people love this forum because it is generally a good place.

That's quite rude and also completely untrue.

I see no reason to attack the man for no reason. Also "uber-rich" is billionaire status, right? I don't think he ever claimed that. Millionaires still have to work if they want to be multimillionaires. As do multimillionaires that want to be billionaires :) Settling down on a yacht is for those that have quite the challenge of life.

You are speaking like someone that envies those that have DONE THE HARD WORK that you refused to do, or that don't have the APTITUDE.

Both are no reason to be envious.

I hope jhonflyfish doesn't use this as an excuse to take another 10 month hiatus.

Thank you. Solid answer friend. Fortunately, I never claimed to be "rich" or a "mega-trader". Those aren't my words. They are meaningless and relative terms anyway. Rich can always be richer and mega can always be more mega. Character bashing has become a popular sport for forum trolls.

Well put. RICH does not equal RICH.

Some would say that every American with a job is Rich. Some would say millionaires are rich, still some would say that the CEO of Coca Cola isn't rich.

Ignorant people think that being "rich" is some sort of TARGET that you can hit and then you "win".

Gaining wealth can be a noble pursuit and each TARGET is only a starting point for the next TARGET. The wealthy that are noble can effect the lives of hundreds even thousands.

I won't mention any names but there is one member in particular that reminds me of when a bunch of guys are sitting around drinking beer trying to have a good time and there is this one in the crowd that always have to downplay everyone's comments because their intelligence level is just a little bit higher than the rest of us and after a while, although they try and seem polite, they simply start to ruin the environment. Although I am on here quite a bit it's this "environment" that will quickly sour me. Guess that's my choice but it's to bad. Intelligent or not, good advice or not, a little courtesy and charisma goes along way with me.

I'll stay out of these discussions for a while and try to cool off.

"As required by law and in your own words I am required to first "call you out". LOL! I believe your standard 1st grader would reply: "YEAH, BUT I ASKED YOU FIRST... Nanny, nanny boo boo!"

I'm not surprised in the least by your refusal. All you need to do is post a screen shot of your trading platform with your real name blanked out. I have seen people do this on many investment/stock forums. You may be a trader, but you are not as successful and rich as you pretend to be. If you were, you would have no qualms about proving it.

You still never anwered the question: If you're such a successful trader, why are you posting on a penny hoarders forum? Shouldn't you be contemplating more brilliant trades?

Now you believe me to be an idiot? Or are you saying that all that trade "paper" are idiots?

Anyway, I think that Johnflyfish has done nothing to imply his demigod hood you are acrediting him with. I've scanned several of his old posts and I never saw anything indicating "being uber rich" or anything of the kind. He just stated his opinions on some events. Some happened, some didn't.

And I have espoused nothing. Although, you are correct that I "paper trade", although so do many others here. You are incorrect in your thinking that classifies me an idiot. And, I think, boldly so, that you would hard pressed to tie any argument together that would indicate that I am an idiot. Try that if you like :) I look forward to the repartee. Although based on your baseless attacks thus far, I don't see it actually rising to the level of amusement. But hey, I'm easily amused :)

And just because others have decided to post "screen shots" means nothing. Firstly, a screen shot is probably the easiest thing to doctor I can think of :) For another, the anonymous nature of this forum is what allows YOU and ME and Jhonflyfish to be here in the first place. If it wasn't for some layer of privacy this forum would be as vacant as your attacks on Jhonflyfish and now me.

Also fyi, no one on this forum would send you any financial information. Why would they? What do they gain?

Also can you tell me how being a successful trader negates every other amusement in life?

I enjoy posting on this forum, my guess is that Jhonflyfish does as well. Therefore why would one stop something that one enjoys?

Can you answer that?

Silver is at 28.84. Is there any support between here and the $26 level?

Wow, I don't usually make posts here other than in the buy/sell sections, but I find this thread humorous. I always get a kick out of someone whether it be on this site or others that claim that they are trading experts in the metals. First, if you really knew what was going to happen, you wouldn't be giving the info away for free. That being said, if you think you have a good insight on the future (as we all do from time to time), good for you. I hope it works out. I just can't see following the recommendations from someone you don't even know like lemmings and jump off cliffs. No offense to anyone's opinions here. I just find it difficult how trusting some people are. Just a side note, my "charts" are trending bullish on silver over the next 10 years.

y'know, i went back and re-read the thread to see if i played a role in breaking the bonds of fellowship, civil discourse, and i can say this, my conscience is clear....i didnt want it to go like this.

i know that circle, a band of brothers, beer, other intoxicants, a good chat, etc...right? Never seen one get out of hand...in the flesh, face to face. But what i read here?...if it was face to face?

it'd get ugly. maybe thats why cyber smack is popular. You can get out of line, and not have to pay the price. nuff said.

Silver is dropping with everything else overnight. Keep some dry powder ready my friends...when you start seeing the DOW having major spasms downward it'll be time to pull the trigger. $12K seems like the major resistance line the PTB want to keep, and if you see it below $10K, you'll know they've lost control.

I think it's time to start buying; right here and right now. The RSI for SILVER (and GOLD) is as low as it was last October when it bottomed. SILVER is truly oversold here. I bought some CEF this morning, and if SILVER goes lower I've got the fiat to buy more. We haven't had the capitulation spike down and strong reversal yet, but sometimes that does not occur. I'm willing to put some fiat to work now.

This makes a lot of sense, and no doubt is good advice. Any doubt I DO have is just that TPTB have bottomless resources to push the price as low as THEY want it to be, regardless of what any charts suggest. However, I'm thinking more about paper trading. Is it time to pick up physical? Sure is, Hoss. Any money you've been saving? Spend half now, 1/4 if we hit $27, and the last of it if we hit $26.

How come were not hearing anything about the new PM metals exchange in china? Didn't that just open up? I remember reading something about it and how it would make price suppression more difficult by TPTB....but I haven't heard anything mote about it.As for me,I'm chomping on the bit to go out and buy at my local pawn and coin shops at these prices....didnt get a chance to today....
